Mumbai, October 28: Managed office spaces provider Awfis Space Solutions Limited has expanded its portfolio by opening about 1.45 lakh sq ft of premium workspace across major Indian business hubs. The expansion directly addresses the surging demand for high end flexible workspaces among corporate clients, modern professionals and fast growing enterprises.
The additional capacity is concentrated primarily in Mumbai, Pune and New Delhi. It comes with a mix of customized managed office setups, private corporate cabins, flexible flexi-decks, and fixed desk options to accommodate diverse operational models.
The office spaces are located mainly at the Prestige Tech Forest in Bengaluru, Lodha i-Think in Mumbai, and the Punyaee Business Square (PBS) in Pune.
Each facility comes with modern infrastructure, including high-speed connectivity, state-of-the-art meeting rooms, and administrative support services. The launch includes premium and Grade A+ centers across its high-end Gold and Elite centers under its Awfis 6.0 strategy.
