Gurugram, October 7: Digital infrastructure firm Anant Raj Cloud Private Limited, a subsidiary of Anant Raj Limited, has committed to develop data center infrastructure in Haryana along with Singapore-based Orange Business Services. Through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed with the Government of Haryana, the company has committed to spend ₹25,000 crore to construct, scale and manage high capacity data center facilities in the state, the company said in a regulatory filing on the NSE.
This investment aims to support demanding cloud processing, enterprise hosting, and AI workloads. Anant Raj Cloud plans to build about 307 megawatts (MW) of IT load capacity at three key locations in Haryana: IMT Manesar, Panchkula, and Rai (Sonipat).
Currently, the company operates 21 MW of active load capacity across its Manesar and Panchkula facilities. The partnership with Orange Business Services will bring in specialized cloud management frameworks, international network connectivity, and managed enterprise services, allowing it to offer seamless access to global cloud infrastructure for domestic and multinational corporate clients.
“This MoU marks an important step in taking Haryana’s digital infrastructure capabilities to a wider global market. Our focus is not only on building data centre capacity in the state but also on creating an ecosystem that can serve customers beyond India. With Ashok Cloud, our expanding data centre footprint and the support of Orange Business, we see a strong opportunity to bring global data workloads to Haryana and strengthen the state’s position in the digital infrastructure landscape.” Amit Sarin, Managing Director, Anant Raj Limited, said.
“We are pleased to strengthen our collaboration with Anant Raj Cloud and support their plans to take Haryana-based cloud services to international markets. As a technology partner, we bring expertise in cloud architecture, AI infrastructure and managed digital services to support the development of secure and AI-ready environments. This collaboration can serve both Indian and global customers.” Mr. Christophe OZER, Head of Digital Infrastructure & Partners APAC at Orange Business, added.
