Visakhapatnam, October 1: Hospitality major Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited (ASPHL) has expanded its footprint in Andhra Pradesh with the opening of its second property in Visakhapatnam. Operating under its mid segment brand Zone Connect by The Park, the newly inaugurated 52 room hotel is positioned along the famous Beach Road to cater to business and leisure travellers.
The hotel offers a range of modern amenities, including sea facing banquet spaces for corporate conferences, social gatherings and private celebrations. This property is aimed at capitalizing on Visakhapatnam’s dual identity as a major industrial hub and leisure destination on India’s eastern coast. By offering mid-scale accommodations backed by the service standards of ‘The Park’ ecosystem, the company intends to capture mid-segment travel demand in the region.
The hotel is well connected to the city’s key business and transport hubs, with the Visakhapatnam Railway Station being 4.9km and the airport being 48.6km from the property.
