    Tri Party MOU  signed between Ganpat University Fairleigh Dickinson University, USA and NK Technolabs

    Ahmedabad (Gujarat) [India], June 30: Post our Hon. Prime Minister Shri Narendrabhai Modi’s visit to the USA, following the motto of “collaboration is the pipeline of talent”, Ganpat University signs an MoU with Fairleigh Dickinson University, USA and NK Technolabs, opening avenues of opportunities for the students of both the universities. The MoU was signed for the students of the Masters’s program in Engineering Discipline. This MoU would facilitate the journey of the students from one nation to the other and help in two-way collaboration.  

    On this occasion, Padmashri Dr.Ganpatbhai Patel, the Hon. President and Patron in Chief of Ganpat University, Dr.Micheal Avaltroni, the President of Fairleigh Dickinson University, Dr. Jason Scorza, the Vice Provost (International Affairs), FDU and the other Campus Directors and Deans from FDU remained present online to bless the ceremony.

    From India, Dr. Mahendra Sharma, the Hon. Pro-Chancellor and Director General of Ganpat University, Prof. Daniel Montplaisir, the Hon. Joint Director General of GUNI, Mr. Kuntesh Parikh, the CEO NK Technolab Inc., Dr. R.K.Patel, the Pro Vice Chancellor of GUNI, Dr, Saurabh Dave, the Executive Registrar (Administration), Dr. the Deputy Pro Vice-Chancellor, the executive Deans, and Deans of all faculties along with the students also remained present at the ceremony.

    In his welcome speech, Dr. Mahendra Sharma, Hon. Pro-Chancellor and Director General of Ganpat University emphasising the importance of collaboration, said that the collaboration will be an engine of transformation at a global scale and the collaboration between GUNI and FDU will create the pool of opportunities for the students on both the sides.

    Talking about the similarities in the visions of both universities, Dr. Jason Scorza, the Vice Provost of FDU, said that the collaboration between FDU and GUNI is quite imperative for bringing technology and humanism together.

    Dr. Michael Avaltroni, the President of FDU, in his ceremonial address, put stress on collaboration at a global scale because it would bring us better citizens of the world and a better society. He also said that the collaboration between FDU and GUNI is also very important because we share a common vision of how education operates to bring change in the world.

    On this occasion, the Hon. President of GUNI, Padmashri Ganpatbhai Patel, said that signing an MoU is just an event, but how we can make a difference to society through it is important. He also said that this partnership will definitely turn out to be successful because Ganpat University always looks for the interest of their partners before themselves, and by doing so, we promote cross-cultural value system opportunities for the students.

    Talking about the benefits of the MoU to the students, the India Representative of FDU and the CEO of NK Technolab Inc., Mr. Kuntesh Parikh, said that this collaboration would help students in reducing the expense and study time for their career advancement and also offer them a wonderful opportunity for having paid practical training in the USA. Mr. Kuntesh Parikh from NK Technnolabs, who is also a proud alumnus of FDU, USA, also signed a tri party agreement along with the MoU, which will facilitate by not charging students for assistance in students’ admission, Visa and settlement process in the USA. 

    Towards the end of the ceremony, in his concluding remarks, Prof. Daniel Montplaisir, the Hon. Jt. The Director General of GUNI thanked the dignitaries in the USA for sparing their time and keeping awake till late at night to witness the ceremony. He also said that this kind of MoU is paving the pathway for the students to be among the major part of companies founded across the world by immigrants. He also said that India and the younger generation have more opportunities to lead in technology, and international education and experience will bring a new edge to them, making them more powerful. With this MoU signing, the GUNI and FDU are providing more such pathways and opportunities to their students for their bright futures.
