For Rajyash the city of Ahmedabad offers a great scope to grow owing to its rapidly increased touch with modernity while also still maintaining its allegiance to tradition.

Three decades back the organization made a humble start and entered into the Construction Industry to be an active contributor to the development of the Ahmedabad. A group consisting young, energetic and extremely committed professionals have contributed greatly in redefining the skyline of Ahmedabad with successful completion of more than 30 projects.

The Retail Park is one of its kind high street commercial retail projects based in Ahmedabad with a built-up area of ~1.2 Lakh square meter. The building will be used for retails which includes shops, theatres and food court.

Rajyash group’s team comprises of the young and ambitious individuals who want to bring the change in the construction industry that is needed- towards sustainability. Having made conscious decisions in the project design to improve the performance of the building, the next step was to get the project recognized. The partners of the group approached Neev Energy and Sustainable Solutions, an Ahmedabad based energy consultancy firm to help with the certification of the project and help in making the design decisions to make it better in the edge rating. The building is designed to ensure cross ventilation, maximize daylight and thermal comfort in spaces. The owner has taken conscious decisions in selecting the materials and systems to reduce carbon foot print and solar heat gain within the spaces.

The rating also uses the base case scenario specific to the country/region. The rating has also helped the project team gain learnings and feed it back to the next project for Rajyash.

According the final Edge Certification, TRP saves 24% of Energy, 53% of Water, 38% of Materials in comparison to other projects of a similar scale.
