    Marathon Realty Sees Robust Uptake at NeoHomes, Bhandup with 100 Homes Sold in 3 Days

    New Delhi [India], May 5: Marathon Realty, one of Mumbai’s leading real estate developers, has recorded a significant sales milestone at NeoHomes – its Bhandup based residential development. The company sold 100 homes in a span of just 3 days following the launch of a new wing at Marathon NeoHomes – NeoValley Narmada in Bhandup. The sales value of the sold inventory stands at approximately ₹60 crore.
    The swift sales momentum highlights Bhandup’s emergence as a residential hub because of its excellent connectivity via Central Railway, LBS Marg, the upcoming Metro Line 4 and the Eastern Express Highway. The launch also underlines a wider market need: more housing within the city that is affordable, well-planned, and built by a trusted name. As homebuyers look to stay within Mumbai while still finding value, developments such as NeoHomes are seeing strong interest from end-users. Nearly 80 per cent of buyers at NeoHomes are first-time homeowners. Upgraders account for around 15 per cent, while investors make up the remaining 5 per cent, signalling a clear shift towards genuine homeownership.

     The newly launched tower offers Studio, 1BHK, and 2BHK homes ranging from 191 sqft to 476 sqft. The flats are optimally designed with the modern, urban family in mind, with unique features such as two bathrooms in select 1BHK units. The amenities on offer like a gym, studio, terrace garden, and more, also address the aspirational needs of homebuyers.
