Mumbai, October 16: Luxury property developer Oberoi Realty has reported a flat consolidated net profit of ₹761 crore for the quarter ended September 2026 as against the ₹760.26 crore reported during the same period last year. This year on year (YoY) drop in net profit came as the company witnessed a 6.1% drop in revenue from operations to ₹1,670.95 crore from ₹1,779.04 crore reported last year, as the company struggled with revenue realisations though it has witnessed strong property demand.
For Q2 FY27, the company’s gross booking value reached ₹9,149.69 crore, but realised only ₹1,233.10 crore as revenue, as the company is working towards completing its existing projects.
To address the concerns with its financials, Oberoi Realty is also expanding its base beyond Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and its revenue models. It has entreered into the Delhi NCR market with the Three Sixty North project while also banking on its rental revenues from its retail and hospitality assets.
“The demand in India for real estate continues to be driven by a preference for quality, brand credibility and execution, with established developers and proven delivery track records continuing to attract sustained interest. In the last quarter, our residential, commercial, retail and hospitality businesses continued to deliver steady performance, reflecting the strength of our diversified portfolio.
Our entry into NCR with our project Three Sixty North marked an important milestone in Oberoi Realty’s journey. The Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) market continues to demonstrate its depth and resilience, and we remain encouraged by demand trends as we enter the festive period. We continue to take a strategic approach to growth, with a focus on executing our existing developments while pursuing opportunities that are aligned with our long-term vision.” Mr. Vikas Oberoi, Chairman & Managing Director, Oberoi Realty, said in a press release.
