The Company also undertakes the purchase and distribution of steam sourced from third-party generating entities, as well as the separation, compression and distribution of nitrogen.
Mr. Vishal S. Budhia, Chairman & Managing Director, Steamhouse India Limited, said“Our first results as a listed company mark the beginning of an important new phase for Steamhouse India Ltd. The growth in revenue, EBITDA and PAT, supported by higher steam volumes and improved EBITDA per tonne, reflects the strength of our operating platform. We have also improved the quality of our earnings by eliminating coal sales and sharpening our capital allocation towards the steam business.
We now have a clear opportunity ahead; to execute our projects well, expand our presence across industrial clusters and scale our steam and nitrogen operations. With four projects under construction and a ₹311-crore mandate at Bulk Drug Park, Una, our focus is firmly on disciplined execution and creating sustainable long-term value for our stakeholders.”
Further strengthening its growth pipeline, Steamhouse India Limited has secured a ₹311 crore EPC mandate for the development of a 300 TPH Steam Project at Bulk Drug Park, Una.
The project expands the Company’s presence beyond Gujarat and represents an important step in taking its community steam-generation and distribution capabilities to a new industrial cluster.
The Una project adds to the Company’s existing project pipeline and provides an opportunity to serve the process requirements of industrial customers in the Bulk Drug Park through dedicated steam-generation and distribution infrastructure.
Alongside the Una mandate, the Company currently has four projects under construction, which are expected to commence operations in the second half of the financial year.
The projects are expected to contribute to incremental revenue growth and further strengthen PAT margins as they become operational, subject to completion, commissioning and applicable approvals.
Together with its existing operating footprint and the Una project, the projects under construction strengthen Steamhouse India’s platform for expanding its presence across industrial clusters and broadening its customer base.
Steamhouse India currently operates seven community steam boilers in Gujarat, comprising six owned plants and one leased plant, with an aggregate installed steam-generation capacity of 345 tonnes per hour (TPH).
Its pipeline network extends across approximately 60 kilometres, connecting its facilities with customer premises across major manufacturing clusters. The Company operates across Vapi, Ankleshwar, Sarigam, Nandesari and Panoli, while also undertaking steam aggregation and distribution at Dahej GIDC and Sachin GIDC.
The Company serves customers across diverse industrial sectors, including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, agrochemicals, textiles, tyres, dyes and pigments, polymers and paints.
In addition to steam, Steamhouse India operates a nitrogen generation and distribution facility at Ankleshwar, where nitrogen is produced using Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology and supplied to industrial customers through pipelines.
