Noida, November 04: Financial Software provider Nucleus Software Limited has won another client in Vietnam, with Shinhan Vietnam Finance Company Limited (Shinhan Finance) having selected its FinnOne Neo 3.0 platform to modernize its consumer facing operations. This is the fourth biggest client Nucleus has onboarded in the Southeast Asian country, after HDBank, Vietcombank, Viet Capital Bank and MB Bank.
Under the agreement, Shinhan Finance will integrate FinnOne Neo 9.0 to manage its end-to-end lending lifecycle, including customer acquisition, credit decisioning, loan servicing, and debt collection management.
The platform incorporates artificial intelligence (AI)-driven credit assessment algorithms that ease loan processing, automate risk scoring and reduce credit turnaround times for retail borrowers.
Nucleus Software’s 14 years of experience working with the leading finance players in the country helped, as they provided a strong functional fit, and local implementation support that helped them win the deal.
