    Delhi-Based Personalities on the Occasion of World Yoga Day

    New Delhi, (India), June 20: Though World Yoga Day is celebrated worldwide on the 21st of June, this time, the celebration was a week before. Thousands of young and older people across the country united to observe International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm and zeal. The theme of the International Yoga Day event this year is “Yoga For Humanity” As the pandemic COVID-19 continued for 2 years, yoga helped people stay energetic and have a strong immune system.

    For two years, no public event has been organized in India or the world, but Yoga’s enthusiasm has not decreased. “The ‘Yoga For Humanity’ theme for this International Yoga Day has encouraged people even more to perform yoga.”Yoga Day is celebrated every year on 21 June to raise awareness worldwide about the benefits of Yoga in daily life.

    On occasion, Delhi-based personalities participated in huge numbers to support it. Some of them were:

    Life Coach and Mountaineer Kamal Kaur said, “Yoga is not just about what you do on the mat, but it is a lifestyle, Being conscious with your thoughts and actions towards all being and oneself. To love, serve and be compassionate”.

    Dietician and Wellness Expert Poonam Duneja said, “Yoga is the journey “of the self, to the self through the self.”

    Naynesh Pasari, Director of Shree Krishna Paper Mills, said, “Yoga is like self-grooming for me. It aims toward a healthy body, a healthy mind, and a healthy lifestyle. You can do various exercises for physical fitness, but yoga helps to promote a balanced development of physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing”.

    Designer Deepa Sondhi said, “Through Practice comes Yoga, through Yoga comes knowledge, through knowledge, Love and Love Bliss. “

    Digital Creator and Lifestyle Influence Mansi Kapoor said, “Yoga helps me maintain balance, from entirely keeping one fit and giving glowing skin, it is also great in the healing process. Apart from individualism, I prefer couple yoga as well. It is a practice where couples get into yoga postures and mediations together. It helps in maintaining fitness and soul connection. It is a great way to create a foundation for confidence, intimacy, and understanding in a relationship.
