Be it a single item or an order consisting of multiple pieces, a consistent amount of care and attention are given to ensure the correct item with the required size and colour is being dispatched to the customers. In the past, the brand has also participated in sending complimentary masks and surprise gifts to the customers as an approach towards creating brand delight.

    Throughout the website, the brand focuses on being accurate with the depiction and descriptions of the listed products in order to be as true to the colours and silhouettes as possible.
