    ABS India appoints Puneet Saxena as CEO to scale up its enterprise and mission-critical technology business

    Bengaluru, September 9: ABS India, a leading systems integrator specialising in Enterprise Communication Solutions & IT infrastructure, today announced the appointment of Puneet Saxena as Chief Executive Officer, effective September 7, 2026. Reporting to Sunil Arora, Chairman & Managing Director, Puneet will lead the company’s day-to-day operations and growth strategy across India and international markets.

    Puneet’s appointment comes as ABS India builds on more than 26 years of experience to expand its capabilities across enterprise communications, advanced networking, cybersecurity, data centres and managed IT infrastructure services. His mandate includes accelerating sustainable growth, strengthening customer delivery, expanding strategic partnerships and building the organisational capabilities required for the company’s next phase.

    Puneet brings more than 26 years of leadership experience across technology, telecom, digital infrastructure, networking and mission-critical communications. He has built and scaled businesses, led P&Ls and high-performance teams, and developed customer and partner ecosystems across India, SAARC, Africa and Southeast Asia. His sector experience spans government, defence, railways, metro, telecom, utilities, energy and enterprise markets.

    Prior to joining ABS India, Puneet served as Vice President – Business Development and Business Unit Head at HFCL. Earlier in his career, he held roles across Huawei Technologies India, Aircom International, Dimesion Data & Tech Mahendra.

    Commenting on the appointment, Sunil Arora, Chairman & Managing Director, ABS India, said:

    Speaking on his appointment, Puneet Saxena, Chief Executive Officer, ABS India, said:

    As CEO, Puneet will work closely with Sunil Arora and ABS India’s leadership team to translate the company’s strategic priorities into measurable execution across markets, customers and operations.
